Damage Claim Policy
Due to the size and fragility of some products (e.g., body kits, bumpers, large exterior parts), proper inspection is required upon delivery.
Inspect Before Signing: Customers must inspect the package and its contents before signing for receipt.
Report Damage Promptly: Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to support@tesexy.com, with photos and the order number.
Carrier Responsibility: Claims for damage must be filed with the carrier and Tesexy will assist in resolving the issue.
Lost Packages: Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, Tesexy is not responsible for theft or loss.
Failure to inspect and report damages promptly may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
