1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
· Orders placed during promotional events may require additional processing time.
· Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on product type and destination.
· Standard products: 5–14 business days
· Oversized items (e.g., body kits, bumpers, large exterior parts): 5–8 weeks
· International shipments may require additional transit time depending on customs clearance.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer worldwide shipping.
· Orders over $59 USD qualify for free worldwide shipping (remote areas excluded).
· Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations. If applicable, we will contact you before processing the shipment.
If you require expedited delivery, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order to arrange a faster shipping method.
Any additional costs incurred for upgraded shipping services will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Tesexy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
· Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
· Provide photos (for damaged items) and your order number.
· We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tesexy is not responsible for stolen packages.
